Tube fabric fixing machine is designed to be used in the thermosetting process of elastane blended cotton, viscose and polyester knitted tube fabrics.
The machine can be manufactured with 2 or 4 cabins depending on production capacity demand. Production speed is 10-12m/min on a 2-cabin machine and 20-24m/min on a 4-cabin machine.
Thanks to specially designed magnetic molds in the cabins, the fabric is adjusted to the desired width, and the wrinkle-free thermo-setting process occurs by sliding on the aluminum profile slides.
A fully repeatable thermosetting process is achieved with the automation in the machine.
